It sounds like the softawre did not recover your video. JPG files are stills, not video, so unless you have thousands of them its not the video converterd into stills, remember vdeo is recorded at between 25 and 30 frames per second, you can do the maths. check the size of the jpgs anything less than 20-30mb are not video. Personally I would look for another recovery prog and try that, just to make sure the first was correct. even a trial will be able to at least show you all the recoverable files on the card.
